How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery: 4–9 business days.* You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

What does shipping cost?
Standard delivery is free on orders of €40 or more. Below €40, it costs €5.95.

Where do you ship?
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible at infomonsera@gmail.com.

Returns

Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. Read how it works in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Can I exchange a product?
Return the original item and place a new order for the one you'd like — that's the quickest way.

Products & safety

How do I use my products safely?
Every product page includes instructions and safety notes. Razors and grooming tools are sharp: handle with care and keep out of reach of children. For tools that touch the skin, we recommend a patch test if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

Are natural stones all identical?
No — every gua sha and jade roller has its own colour and veining. That's what makes each piece unique.
