How to use

1. Fill the mould with water, close it and freeze for 4–6 hours.
2. Let it rest for a minute, then push the ice up slightly out of the sleeve.
3. Glide over clean skin in small circles and upward strokes for 1–2 minutes. Keep it moving.
4. Pat dry and follow with serum and moisturiser.

Safety

Keep the ice moving and never hold it in one spot for more than a few seconds; limit each session to a few minutes. Let fresh ice rest for a minute before use so it does not stick to the skin. If you have sensitive skin, a skin condition or poor circulation, carry out a patch test first and consult a doctor if in doubt. Do not use on broken or irritated skin, and stop if irritation occurs.
